Red Fox Project

My work with red foxes is an attempt to fully understand them as a species, while documenting their lives in a very personal and one-of-a-kind way. I believe deeply that this work will help to teach humans why these animals are important and that we can quite easily live in harmony with them.

These animals tend to be seen in a very negative light; as predators and sneaks and beasts looking to be cruel. None of that is true. To put it simply.

Red fox are smart and clever animals looking to survive the way any wild animal does.
They are loving creatures, dedicated to their family groups and they thrive where many wild animals never could. Red foxes are important species in most ecosystems they live in and by studying them, I’m able to share all of this through photography and firsthand stories.

If my work with red fox can save some of them from mistreatment due to misunderstanding/cruelty/lack of education, I will feel like I’ve accomplished a lot.
